Jojo Gold was born and raised in WI and is anchored by her midwest roots. She has always done her own solo projects but has also been in The Barrettes a four piece riot girl band out of Milwaukee, WI and Blue Sky Hour a three piece folk-rock band also out of Milwaukee, WI. Jojo has found her new home in Portland, OR and has been collaborating with many of the talented musicians on the West Coast.
